Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using XeonClub (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility and Account Rules

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use XeonClub. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may only create and maintain one account per person. Creating multiple accounts, using false information, sharing accounts, or attempting to circumvent any restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent termination of all related accounts.

Account Suspension and Termination

We hold the complete right to suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate your account (or any associated accounts) at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, suspected violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of the referral system, multiple account creation, use of automated tools or scripts to view ads, suspicious referral patterns, or any conduct that we determine harms the Platform, other users, or our operations. Termination may be permanent and irreversible, and we are not required to provide explanations, refunds, or access to remaining earnings in such cases. Upon termination, all rights to use the Platform cease immediately, and any pending or accrued earnings may be forfeited at our sole discretion.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following: creating or using multiple accounts; using bots, scripts, emulators, or any automated means to watch ads or generate earnings; manipulating the referral system through fake referrals, self-referrals, or incentivized schemes; sharing account access; engaging in fraudulent withdrawals or chargebacks; posting spam, abusive content, or attempting to exploit the Platform. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account ban and permanent exclusion from XeonClub.

Referral Program and Earnings

The referral program offers 25% lifetime commissions on earnings generated by valid referrals. We reserve the right to invalidate referrals, withhold commissions, or reverse earnings if we suspect invalid activity, such as fake accounts, shared devices, or coordinated abuse. Earnings are not guaranteed, and we may adjust or pause the program at any time.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

XeonClub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of earnings, data, or access. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (if any).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pakistan.
